There are so many different ways to give and help support the poor and homeless of Kansas City.
Stock Donations
Donors can receive a distinct tax advantage for donating stocks and other appreciated securities at the time of contribution. To donate stock or any other fixed assets, such as artwork, real property, collections and antiquities, contact Becky Poitras, VP / Executive Director, at 816-285-3149.
Food Pantry
We gratefully accept food and hygiene items at all three of our food pantry locations. For questions about pantry donations, contact Kimberlye Bernard, Community Assistance Manager, at 816-285-3122 or make an online donation to the food pantry here.

Christmas Store
We gratefully accept gifts and clothing for the Christmas Store all year round at 3031 Holmes, Kansas City, MO. New items only, please. For questions about Christmas Store donations, contact Rebecka Noel at rebeckanoel@mlmkc.org or 816-285-3154.
Vehicle Donations
Donating a vehicle is a great way to support Metro Lutheran Ministry. Cars aren’t the only vehicle that you can donate. Motorcycles, RVs, and even boats can help Metro Lutheran Ministry. All proceeds from your donations go to MLM programs. We make donating easy. Contact Becky Poitras at 816-285-3149 for more information or to schedule a pick up or drop off time.

In-Kind Donations List

Heritage Society
Heritage Society members have decided to support MLM’s mission through a deferred gift or bequest. Many planned giving options are available.
