Christmas Store

Experience a joyful shopping experience, free of charge.

The MLM Christmas Store is one of the largest gift-giving programs in the Greater Kansas City area. The store provides over 1,000 families with a joyful and dignified Christmas experience.

This year’s Christmas store will be in its original format of families selecting their gifts with the help of our shopping elves.

Each family member will receive a coat, hat, gloves, 2 pieces of clothing, and a gift. Each household will receive a blanket or quilt, a Bible or Devotional, and cookies or healthy snacks.

Eligibility

Applications will be online ONLY and will open on September 18th, 2026.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid and accessible email address
• ONE Application per Household Address
• SSN/TIN cards for each household members are required to be attached to the application. 
• Photo IDs for all adults (18+) are required to be attached to the application. 
• Eligible residents of Jackson, Clay & Platte Counties in MO; Wyandotte, Johnson Counties in KS
• Not enrolled in another Christmas Store program 
• Income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level:
  • Copies of current income are required to be attached to the application (paystubs, SSI/SSDI award letters, TANF award letter, child support, pension, survivor benefits, all earned income) 
  • 1-person household = $23,940 a year
  • 2-person household = $32,460 a year
  • 3-person household = $40,980 a year
  • 4-person household = $49,500 a year
  • 5-person household = $58,020 a year
  • 6-person household = $66,540 a year
  • 7-person household = $75,060 a year
  • 8-person household = $83,580 a year

Please do not submit multiple applications for the same household. All duplicate applications will be denied. 

Application Process

You will be notified of application approval or denial via email. A reminder will be sent closer to the opening of the Christmas Store to all approved applicants via the email provided on the application, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.
