For 54 years, Metro Lutheran Ministry’s Christmas Store has been more than a place to receive gifts—it’s been a beacon of hope, a testament to community, and a celebration of what happens when people come together in love. What started as a small effort to help a few families has grown into a cherished tradition that touches hearts and transforms lives.
Over the past five years, we’ve had the privilege of serving around 1000 families each Christmas season. Every parent who shops with dignity, every child who lights up with excitement, every grandparent who receives a thoughtful gift—they’re all part of our extended family.
Whether you can give a few hours or multiple shifts, your time creates ripples of love throughout our community. We provide training and support, and you’ll work alongside others who share your commitment to building up our neighbours. No special skills needed—just bring your open heart and willingness to serve.
